Hi Arshad,
Did you create the Vendor Root Organization in PPOCA_BBP?

Hi Arshad,
which version of SRM do you use?
In SRM5.0 the vendorgroups are in transaction ppomv_bbp and not anymore in the ppoma_bbp. Perhaps the report 'bbp_xpra_orgeh_to_vendor_group' wasn't executed after an upgrade! If so, do this first!
After executing the report you can use following reports:
- BBP_VENDOR_UPDATE_DATA_JOB for updating existing vendors
- BBP_VENDOR_GET_DATA_JOB for replicating new vendors.
Best regards Stefan

Arshad,
I don't have acces to SRM right now so I cannot help you with the porblem you are facing.
To answer your other question. BBPGETVD is the only program you need to run for initial replicatation of Vendor. You then need to schedule the vendor update to sync. the SRM vendors with the R/3 vendors. The program is BBPVNEUPD or similar.
Note: Verify that the Vendor number range defiend in SRM match the Vendor number range in R/3.
Hope that helps. I will try to add more later.
Thanks,
Naing
