Closing an awarded bid in SRM

Hi,

I am new to SRM.

I am trying to find a FM to close the awarded bid.

I dont want to create any follow on document in SRM for that bid. I have got the FM "BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER", but i think it will create the follow on documents.

Also how can check the bid is awarded or not, and where can i check. In BADI? IF yes which BADI?

Kindly reply me please. Its very urgent, i have been trying since days.

Also kindly tell me what all the transaction codes needed to run the SC, PO, BID creations in SRM.

Hi NTK,

the standard offers already something you are looking for.

After the bid period is over, the purchaser decides which quote to accept or

reject. This step only sets the status, but does not tigger yet a follow on

document. For an accepted bid the next step would be to create the

follow on doc. So just follow the process till the acceptance / rejection.

Hi Nk T,

does the process work for you with accepting / rejecting the bid?

In the next step of the process, you also hide the buttons to the creating the

follow on documents using BADI BBP_UI_CONTROL_BADI.
