RWB component monitoring--yellow triangle and red square

Hi,

In my runtime work bench

In XI components

1. Integration engine is in yellow triangle

2. Adapter Engine is in red square

Both are showing error status ?. How to get them into green ?

Hey

its common.a yellow triangle means some information and u can neglect that,

a red square means that there is atleast one communication channel which has error.

double clikc adapter engine and select the communication channel with errors option,it will show u the channel which has error.

Choose Integration Engine, scroll to bottom of the page and check the status.

Can the SLD be reached? <b>[GREEN]</b>

Does the Integration Engine know the business system? <b>[GREEN]</b>

Are roles in SXMS_CONF_ITEMS and SLD consistent? <b>[GREEN]</b>

Is Web service security available? <b>[YELLOW]</b>

If you get the same status as above, then its common. The yellow status is nothing but warning, its not an error.

Choose Adapter Engine, scroll to bottom of the page and check the status.

This will not be always on red , it will change to green. You will get red because some of the adapters must be in error state. You can check this with the adapter montitoring.
