Archiving COPA on R/3 side

Hi kumar,

Archive objects are generated by SAP R/3 -ADK ( Archive development kit), which is the software interface designed for the data archive of R/3.

Please check the note 89324, which will give you details about ADK and objects.

Reg archiving COPA objects,

In account based profitability analysis, controling item tables ( COEP, COEJ & COBK) and aggregation record table (COSS, COSP & COKA) can be archived.

Storage period: Function to define storage period for orchive object COPA2_*** is not supported in the standard R/3 system.

Dependency: There is no technical dependency with other archive objects. Only the analysis data for completed fiscal year can be archived.
