Hi , Controlling two Main windows on page

Hi all ,

Requirement : Customer wants , footer text in last page only . we are able to print in last page only, by forcing if next page = 0. .But still he wants that space to be used for Item data( when footer is getting printed ) for first pages .

I have seen one form where we have two main widows(MAIN) .one covers top half of the page and second(MAIN 00) covers the botom half of the page .Footer window is placed on the second main window at last of the page . this design is done for

1) Item data is printed in two main for all pages except last page (note:Footer will not get printed for these pages because we are printing it only for last page syaing IF next page =0)

2) For last page , bottom main window (MAIN 00) will not be populated with data but footer winow is printed .

Can you guide me how and where we can handle this kind of data flow .

Thanlks ,

Dharma

Hi Rao,

I think your solution is ok, or else you can go ahead, place one maiwindow, overlap the footer window with main window.

Remaining condition checking are same to print the footer data as you said.

Hi,

You need to use variable windows to control the size (Different on diff pages)
