Setting up of Exchange Infrastructure for Master Data Management(MDM)

I have to set up SAP XI to control the exchange of data between the MDCs(Master Data Clients) and the MDM components.

If you've got access to the SMP, I suggest looking into the delivered content for XI:

-> Installation -> XI Content.

This is a good start for your integration. There are plenty of howto guides also available on the SMP how to set up your business systems. Of course, the delivered content is only valid if you go with the standard. If you want to have custom fileds in your repositories, you need to create your own mappings. But this is straight forward.
