Hi Gurus,

While creating order following error is displayed:

"No Business Area can be determined for the item"

I have tried by assigning Rule "2" to Sales Area

Check whether

The assignment for the sales area-Business determination rule - 1 in the IMG

Go to Enterprise Structure  S&D Assignment,Assign business area to plant & DivisionAssign Business area by sales area

But, if you are working in an IDES system and don’t want business area to disturb, you can go to OB65, uncheck the tick against your company code.

for the respective material assign the division in the basic data screen

Hi Nand,

If u are a realtime consultant ask ur FI consultant,if u r a learner goto OB65 and select ur company code remove the tick in business area.
