Single sales order multiple deliveries

Hello gurus,

I am facing a problem while creating multiple deliveries against single order. as i create first delivery system does not allows to create another delivery saying

<b>"The sales order you want to deliver, sales order 0000000063 with order type ZEJW, either contains no delivery-relevant items or its delivery-relevant items have already been delivered."</b>

i checked customer master it contains 'D' No limit to subsequent deliveries and field maximum partial deliveries is nil.

What configuration is missing ??

Hi amit deshmukhe,

Pls check with sales document VA02 , item data shippind tab :Partial delivery at item level u have to keep as blank , check that field ins ales dolcument

Hi Manam, and Venkat,

I checked as per venkat, the field is empty only. Still i cannot deliver the sales order for second time. Also tried to check why the sales document is showing delivery status as completely delivered........ but couldn't find anything.

Hi Amit,

First thing is check item in sales order and quntity and check in document flow if any delivery has already been created.

If yes check it's quantity in delivery.

If delivery is not created then check at table level in VBUP for order and line item what status it it showing ?

Hi Amrish,

I have checked everything, and i am creating only second delivery and the delivered quantity is much lesser than ordered quantity.

But still it is showing fully delivered.
