Runtime error: Object type has not been instantiated.

Hi,

We had applied the Business Package (BPPPMDC09_0-10003174).

While naviageting to the link Project Management, we get the following error:

No Portfolios exist

Runtime error: Object type has not been instantiated.

Could you please provide your opinion on how to resolve this issue?

And any modifications are needed

Hi,

Now After applying the support packs (SP 11), and navigating through the links

Portfolio Management, I get an error stating

Configure Link to show as startup page.

Is there any back end configuration as to create portfolios.

Please help me with your suggestions.

Hi Radeesh;

"Configuring link to your start page"

Goto Portfolio management tab >> administration

With a user having administration rights, create a first portfolio and save.

Hopefully this should resolve your problem.
