1. Could you please tell me from where we can download free xmlSpy s/w?

2. What all steps required to do the webservice testing using xmlSpy software?

Would suggest you use the Webservice Studio to test the webservices ,

Hi Bhavesh,

I was testing the scenario with Webservice Studio, but I was getting error. Please have a look at the below thread. So, as per our Experts advise I would like to test my scenario using xmlspy now.

You can test using WSADMIN or you can use external tools like XML SPY or Stylus Studio or Mindreef SOAP Scope.

Hi Sara,

u can download from there, and the steps are

assuming u have a webservice created and saved in .wsdl file.

open altova xml spy s/w

click on soap

create a new soap request

and browse for the wsdl file.

this will creates a request

<i>*reward points if useful*</i>

XML spy if not a freeware but you can download a dummy version by searching download xmlspy on google.
