configure MDM iviews in portal

Iam trying to configure MDM iviews in portal, When i try to upload the MDMJAVAAPI04_3.sca file i get the below error

Iam using MDM 5.5 service pack 4

My SDM password and portal administrator password are the same. But dont know why it says login failure.

Please help

If some one has the detailed steps for configuring the mdm iviews in portal please help

I got same issue with my NW2004s SP13 and got it resolved by the below steps.

1.Reset the password for j2ee_admin in Su01.

2.Reset in configtool>SecureStore>admin/password/SID

3.Restart the Java Engine

4.Backup the /interfaces/security/data/SecStore.key and SecStore.properties

5.Copy the /sapmnt/<SID>/global/security/data/SecStore.key and SecStore.properties

to /interfaces/security/data/

The file system here /interfaces/security/data/ could be different in each case where you create Secure store with your security policies.

This could help you after all the different exercises to resolve the issue.

Hi Suresh,

I also have some requirement to use MDM standard iViews.

Can u give me the list of scas and sdas which i need to deploy on the portal srever.

I have already deployed the following scas and sdas.

1.com.sap.mdm.tech.mdm4j.sda

2.com.sap.mdm.tech.connector.sda

3.BPMDMTECHN00_0.sca

4.BPMDMAPPLI00_0.sca

i am also using MDM 5.5 sp04 and EP7.0

after deploying these jars, i am getting the MDM system template but after that it gives me runtime exception

iView : N/A

iView not found: com.sap.pct.mdm.tech.systems.MDMSystemWizard.

I have exactly the same problem: "iView not found: MDMSystemWizard"

Hi Suresh,

did you check the password in the Config Tool.

You find it e.g. here: usr\sap\J2E\JC02\j2ee\configtool

and there you have a secure store and the user should be Administrator and the same password as for the SDM.
