Hot Package : Installation Procedure

Hi,

Does anyone has a procedure to install hot packages ?

I have to create a document on this for one of my clients but i haven' t done this before...

Can anyone give me a procedure ?

on the bottom of the new page you will get documentation on how to apply them, how to check dependencies, what side effects you will have etc.

you are talking @ applying support pack???

if this is the case then mail me on kamlesh.kheradiya@tcs.com , bcoz there r many steps u have to follow which i am not able to write here all the steps....i will forward the docs for the same.
