Hi,
In MRP 3 View for strategy ASSIGN 82
While creating a sales order we can directly get the production order with out any MRP Run.
No planned order creation and converting it into production order

Hi Krishna.,
When we assign TOR & Availablity check at requirement class again there is no need to assighn to schedule lines,But we do it for fine tuning of availablity check,
Thanks & Regards

Dear Krishna,
assembly order (or make-to-order) means that you do not have the goods in the stock for this kind of material, but you can produce the goods internally. If you create the assembly sales order already during saving the order a production order will be generated in PP automatically. There is 1:1 relation ship between the sales order and production order (no MRP run is necessary, and no transfer of requirements is necessary).
You should switch availability check off, because you have no goods in the stock but produce them internally. There is no sence to check the stock.
Moreover, you cannot use the mixed confirmation (partially from the stock, partially from production order).
Also, the material availability date should be determined in this case not from ATP situation, but from PP production order. Therefore VBEP-MBDAT should be calculated on the basis of PP production order data. So, it is another reason, why ATP check is not allowed for assembly process.
I hope, this information will help you further.

This should refer to PP module & may be used for assembling during production activity
