Extracting Performance Header Info

Is there a way of extracting info from the Performance Header in the XI monitor?

I need to create a report of the time spent by the message in each step of the processing, and the performance header seems a good place to get that info. However, doing that for 10000 messages manually one at a time is a bit much.

Is there a way to extract this data via a std report, or function module? Or would I be able to get this data by digging into the underlying tables? If so, then any idea which tables?
