two tables in smart form

can i have two adjacent tables in smart form.

like

table1 table2.

how shud i do it.

Yeah you can display to tables adjacent to each other.

Add first table and adjust its width and then put second table with starting position next to first table.

but i m not able to adjust it. where can i adjust it. becos i dont have starting position.

Nidhi,

Its actually tricky as it sounds, but as a simple alternative I can suggest you (and Prefer too) to create a internal table in the smartform with columns from table1 & table2.

Now add a program line node before table node and transfer all data from both tables into that and display it.

i wrote loop stmts.

but it is not recognising tables.

can u pls help me to do this....

Hi Nidhi,

can u plz tell me ur problem clearly.

loop statement means in smartform u r telling .why loop statement. u can use table instead of that loop.

Hi Nidhi,

U can try this method also. In table tab u have horizontal alignment filed.

In that first choose left for table1.

Similarly for second table in table tab u can select right in horizonta alignment field.
