display system error through a mail

We have a BPM scenario in which XI sends a msg to Backend system. If the

message couldnot reach ,that displays system error at the call adapter level in SXMB_MONI.If we want this error message to be displayed in the failure mail

to the concerned person,it has to be pushed into a message type or datatype.how

to do that?Is there any other way... through alerts?

We need to enhance this mail also with the error message displayed in MONI.

Hi,

Yes it is possible.

Configure Xi alerts, and use the Container Variables as shown in the blog below

/people/michal.krawczyk2/blog/2005/09/09/xi-alerts--step-by-step

Then forward these alerts as Emails,1

1.Make sure recipeient has Email ID assigined in SU01

2. Log on to Alert Inbox --> personalization --> Time Independent Delivery --> Email

3. Make sure SCOT is configured.
