sales order delivery?

I have list of sales order i want to know this sales order is delivered or not.

Dear Vijay,

to check, if the order has been delivered or not you can use the status data. Please check the field VBUP-LFSTA (delivery status) and VBUP-LFGSA (overall delivery status) to see the delivery status on the item level, or VBUK-LFSTA and VBUK-LFGSA on the header level.

The value range here: 'SPACE ' = not relevant, 'A' - not delivered, 'B' - partially delivered, 'C' - Complete delivered.

also in document flow you can see the status of every sales order , whether it is delivered or not.

Hi Vijay,

Simply in VA05 (LIST OF SALES ORDERS) by selecting open sales orders (those which are not delivered), you can see the list of undelivered sales orders.

Check T.Code: VL10C - this will give you list of open sales order with open deliveries or deliveries not done. This will give you Item level detail.

T.Code: VL10E will give you schedule line details.
