help with buisiness area

no business area can be determined for item 000010 thats the error i am getting when i am trying to save a cash sale order please help

hi,

if you are getting this error when doing normal practise that means not real time, you can get away with it by going to t.code OB65. Here against your company code there will be check box ticked. Remove that and save.

what basically this does is, it will not mandate now to have a business area. Two things either you have maintain it based on plant and division or remove this assignment in OB65.

However its an FI-SD thing. So if jut for practise purpose you can do like this.

Hi

The Buss area is determined based on Plant and deivision, so check whether item level plant in sales order is correct and a division exist in the material master. If both are correct then check the assignment in SPRO.
