oci.dll Error while installing Oracle 8.1 patch in Windows 2003 Server

Gurus,
I got oci.dll error while installing Oracle patch 8.1, i have replaced it with other SAP working system's oci.dll file. then it resumed and finished sucessfully.
This workedout and SAP instllation finished sucessfully,
But, when I did the same in current instllation, i am getting the following error: please help. (this error may or may not relavent oci.dll but your information purpuse i told u)

Oracle 8.x is not supported on Windows 2003, that may be the issue you are facing. You can't just copy one DLL (oci.dll is Oracle Client Interface) from another (higher) installation to your system.
Metalink document 161546.1:

Oracle does not plan to provide certification or support of Oracle8 or the
Oracle8i Database Server components on Windows 2003.
[...]
So you're pretty lost here with 8i.
I'd suggest getting a new installation CD set and install with Oracle 9i or Oracle 10g or use Windows 2000 instead.
