Hi All,
After upgrade to ECC5, update stats from DB13 fails with insufficient priveleges.
What user is it using and what could be the problem?
It worked before the upgrade.
I can do it manually from OS (UNIX)level but not from SAP.
Any help would be appreciated.
Regards
Cyrus
Hi,
Check the attachment in the Note
134592 Importing the SAPDBA role ( sapdba_role.sql)
Also check the privileges
Note 113747 - Permissions for DBA tools BR*Tools and SAPDBA
Thanks,
Tanuj

Thanks you guys...the problem was with sapdba_role. Looks like aftre the upgrade the script was not executed, so the rights were missing.
I executed the script and it works.
Thanks
Cyrus

Check the owner, group, and permissions for BR*Tools and SAPDBA as
described in Note 113747.
Check SM21 and also this note 437648.
Reward points if it helped...
Thanks
