Dear SDN,
I am using the BBP page, it is part of a service deployed on integrated ITS.
When I use the catalog, I constantly get a session timed out when I try to confirm my order.
It was recommended to change the parameter
TIMEOUT=<timeout>, PROCTIMEOUT=<proctimeout
and the
icm/keep_alive_timeout
Both are set to 15000 and still the error persists.
Any suggestions,
Thanks
Jeremy
What should the value be?

It should be based on your requirement. we kept it as 1/2 hr.
also check out the following link on how to use your own custome error pages for different scenarios.

Hi Jeremy;
I'm in the process of fixing this on our system for PCUI. I think the parameter you need to change in RZ11 is 'rdisp/plugin_auto_logout'.
If you want more details see /people/mark.finnern/blog/2003/09/24/bsp-in-depth-confusion-between-stateless-stateful-and-authentication
Good luck;

Hello Jeremy, Have a look at note 705013. It should answer most questions regarding the Integrated ITS and timeout. Let us know if you still encounter unforseen timeout messages.
