You have to customize it. No other way to modify the standard SAP.

You can copy and modify the standard form.
If you want to chage address , you have to create a routine for this.

do you want to modify SAP Standard ? it is not good idea.
Copy the layout into custom layout and create new output type ,attach ur layout and corresponing print program.
