Hi guys,
i was strucked in one scenario, in one of my pricing procedure UTXJ is not mandatory nor statistical but whe i check item conditions, system is showing utxj as statistical, i dont understand the exact reason.
Pls help me in this regard

Hi Jack,
I think you are using third party software for Tax calculation. Basically tax calculated through FI module and triggered from Tax procedure in FI. The system calculating the tax value from there.
Yes its OK you can exempt the customer and material to make them 0.

UTXJ will be statiscal only, please go to Define Ctyp and check the UTXJ, might be there they might have mentioned statistical.

<b>Pricing Procedure</b>
Could you please check the following once;
Go to Customer master, Sales Area Data and Billing Tab page, make the customer "Tax Exempt" and save.
Go to Material Master, Sales - Sales Org 1 tab page, and make this as "Tax Exempt" and save.
Then go to your order or invoice in change mode, item pricing, click on "Update" price and save.
