IDOC / ORDERS05 / return order --> reference ?

Hi

we're trying to post a return order via Idoc-Type Orders05. The sales order works since month.

Now we're looking for the right field to refer to the original order for the new return order.

Our target is to build up a correct document flow, as we get in case we post it manually (VA01..ordertype --> create with reference --> order ...)

We tried it with several qualifiers within the segment E1EDK02 // E1EDP02.

It doesn't work. From my point of view, the qualifier '16' should be right, or?

I'd like to have the data in the vbap-vgbel /-vgpos.

Has anyone build up the return order with reference to the original order via EDI and could give us a tip for the mapping?

hi Dirk,

with return orders it's not that easy:)

1. reference field is one thing - it <b>cannot</b> be done in standard

(we have a recorder BDC that put the value inside)

2. the second thing is that on the next screen (after you put the reference)

you need to select which lines we want to return (right?)

for this you also need a bdc as it's not in standard

I created it with BDC and it works very nicely but as far as

I know it cannot be done in standard because of those two reasons
