Is there any parameter that controls the number of users that can login to an SAP system ?

Please use profile paramter rdisp/tm_max_no for this purpose.It controls the maximum number of users logged in per instance.

No limit user logon you can set parameter in RZ10 increse dia log parameter rdisp/wp_no_dia

You can use the following parameter

rdisp/tm_max_no

Description :

This parameter limits the maximum number of users per instance.

The dispatcher creates information about the connected users in

the structure tm_adm.

Hi,

There is no parameter that can control the number of users that can login into an SAP system. It depends on the number of dialog instances that are available for the users and the capability of each dailog instance that can support the users.
