Is there any standard report in SAP that can display the SC details PLUS the approver's list? Basically our requirement is to extract the SC data along with the Approver names and do some analysis.

Hi,

For SC details ONLY you can use the foll std reports:

BBP_BW_SC1 Ordered Shopping Carts per Cost Center

BBP_BW_SC2 Shopping Cart Status

BBP_BW_SC3 Shopping Carts per Product

BBP_BW_SC4 Shopping Carts per Cost Center

For getting the Approver list for a SC ,use the foll FM's:

BBP_PDH_WFL_APPROVAL_TABLE_GET

BBP_PDH_WFL_APPROVER_GET

Hi Disha,

Do you know why report BBP_BW_SC1 does not show any result ? BBP_BW_SC4 works fine, it shows result. Do you know the difference between them ?

pd: im using srm 4.0 sp8 with ECS.

Hi,

Report BBP_BW_SC1 is for Requirement Coverage Request.

There is a couple of things why you don't get any records in BBP_BW_SC1:

- cost center parameter is invalid

- there is no PO with filled cost center

- there is no refference in tables REQREF, REQHEAD and REQLINE (Requirement Coverage Request)
