Hi All,

This is an urgent requirement . I have an issue like when i am trying to send the Email to the customer the mail is receving correctly but the mail sender is like sapusername@client.com , whenever the customer has trying to reply for the same mail is bouncing , becoz the sender mail id is SAP username , so please any one can help me how to capture the sender address and please give the resolution.

Hi,

you can use Standard SF-Field mail_sender with type swotobjid,

which must be filled via smartforms container like you fill the recipient_id.
