Create new customize Component

Hi Experts,

As i need to craete <b>new</b> Component in SolMan 3.2. Where the component is the value that available for input during Service message creation.

I have debugged and got to know that current Component values are stored in table DSWP_CSNCOMP. Thus i need to check with you whether i can add in my new component into the table or there is any Std tcode that allow me to do so.

Please comment.

unfortunately it is not possible anymore to request documents by emai adress. Can you please give a short description, how to create new own components used in table DSWP_CSNCOMP (data) and DSWPCSNCOMPTXT (text).

I´m customizing Service Desk SolMan 7.0, I don´t know how to add own components to table dswp_csncomp, I tried with T-Code SM30, but I couldn´t do it.

Can you explain me the procedure??? In the past, you wrote about a document with some instructions.
