How to restrict orders sent to ECC

Hi Gurus,

I'm having hard time trying to figure out the solution to the following scenario.

The number of orders coming out of SNP Optimization is quite large –about 384000- due to the size of our model – 157 DC’s, 17 plants, 38880 location products). Our planning view has a bucket profile with 39 buckets.

The Transfer to OLTP systems’ settings’ has the Periodic Transfer check activated so we can schedule it.

Now the point is: ¿Can we restrict by date this transfer to ECC?.

If is not possible, ¿haw can we reduce the number of orders?. In this moment we are running an optimization using a 25 buckets

I guess what you want is to restrict which APO created Orders are CIF'd to R/3?

For example, there is no reason to transfer orders a year into the future.

So basically you ONLY want to CIF over orders w/in the current year?

We had same requirement. We created a user exit.

CTM allows you to do this automatically via profile, but not sure how to do this automatically for SNP Optimizer?

Are you using change pointers to control the periodic flow of orders to R3

Pl check transaction /SAPAPO/C5 and the help associated with it
