Hi, SDN Fellow.
When I create the adaptive RFC Model for my DC for Web Dynpro project, I did not follow the right naming rules. Now, I want to rename it to the right one.
I try Reimporting Model, but I don't see any place I can rename it. Said now, I want to rename it from RFC_XXX to XXXModel. How to I do it without delete the model and recreate it. Seems like something simple, but I can't find a place to do so in NWDS.
Thanks.
Kent
Hi Kent,
as far as I know there is no implemented way in NWDS to rename a RFC model. You can try navigate into one of its Input/Output classes, there you will find a reference to it. You could try to use Eclipse build in refactoring tools. I just did a preview and saw the class name is used a lot in string literals, so maybe that's the reason for not supporting it out of the box.
Best regards,
