SAP Ticket Verifier for Domino Load Error

Hi,

We've installed SAP Ticket Verifier on a demo Domino server with version 6.5.1 and it works great. But after tests, we tried to install Ticket Verifier for SSO to Lotus Applications on Live Domino Server, it didn't work. We followed same steps in both configuration on lotus side but when restarting HTTP service it gives following message:

Any idea how to dig or solve the error?

Hello Huseyin,

please check that wpsso_v3.dll and sapsecu.dll are located in a directory that is part of your windows environment PATH setting.

In my company we are living the same problem.

We have SAP Enterprise Portals 6 SP 9 and Lotus Dominio R6

In in the moment of start http service of Lotus happen this message:

When i entry with register dll command regsvr32 an error happen: LoadLibrary ("c:\windows\system32\ds_ticket.dll") failed - the specified module could not be found.

What we can do to solve this problem?

I alredy use the same dll of a distint instalantion and show the same error.

Hi,

to solve your problem, i offer you to download msvcr71.dll from http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?msvcr71 and put it into your <drive>:\winnt\system32\ directory of domino server. Then restart your domino HTTP server via the following commands

> tell http q

> load http

This is the way i solved the problem

With this dll no hapen any problem to up http service, but when i access the names.nsf with internet browser my Dominio as hill, the dominio service shutdown.

In the alert view only inform that service as stoped and don't apont the reason.

Hi,

which version of sap ticket verifier you are using?

if you are using version 1.4, it is normal.

You have to use the latest (2.2.1) version of Ticket Verifier.

Could you tell me if there is an official SAP source, like sapserv, for getting the 2.2.1 version of Ticket Verifier. Most links tell you to download it from a directory in the portal installation.

Hi!

please note that...

1) ...Domino Release 6.5.2 has a bug in the DSAPI stack. Therefore, the SAP ticketverifier for Domino does not work with 6.5.2. Please see http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?&uid=swg21177645

2) ...for Domino on Windows 2003 Server, you need SAP Ticketverifier 2.2.1 or later

I'm trying to get SSO to work with SAP WAS and DominoR7 using the DSAPI filter.

Placed the 3 DLL files in the directory "c:\windows\SysWOW64\"

Placed the verify.pse file within the domino directory and specified the notes.ini parameters (MYSAPDEBUG, MYSAPPSEPATH, MySapSuppressEmptyTicketWarning). Nevertheless SSO is not working en domino keeps giving this message:

Someone any ideas?
