Ordering Address

Hi All,

I have following issues:

(1) I need to Map Ordering Adress of Vendor in R/3 to SRM, Is any way out possible to Map it?

(2) I have defined Ordering Address in SRM using T.Code- BP and assign the two ordering address but in Portal : Manage Business Partner, I am not able to see the ordering address. I like to know how the ordering address defined in SRM, T.code- BP is linked with Portal or while creating PO, how we see the ordering address defined in SRM.

Hi

In Both the places, the address is differently stored.

In SRM, you need to maintain the Address (Ship-to-Address, Bill-to-address, etc) using Maintain Business Partner transaction (BBPMAININT) in Web page - Portal.

In R/3, you maintain it at the Vendor creation level.

You can map the same using combianation of the BADIs

BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI

BBP_CREATE_PO_BACK

(We have done similar thing, long time back - based on our business requirements)

Thanks for the reply. Can You please let me know where do I need to maintain the Ordering Addess as I am not able to see this field in Maintain Business Partner transaction (BBPMAININT) in Web page - Portal.
