Approval Workflow problem

Hello,

We are on SRM5.0 and we have a big problem with the approval Workflow.

When we have a SC wich has to be approved by USER1, the USER1 can add an approver USER2 and then approve. But if USER2 transfer the APPROVAL to USER3. when USER3 approved it, the SC returns in approbation of USER1. If USER1 approve again it, the SC stays in USER1 approval....am i clear?

I don't know where the problem came from...

Are you using N-step BADI workflow (or) is it normal classic workflow (one step , two step) workflow?

Please let me know this.

The problem comes from your BADI coding or application bug.
