How to create a vendor root in EBP 3.0?

Hello people,

I would like to create a Vendor Root so that I could use bbpgetvd to get the vendors to my EBP.

How can I do this?

I think I have to use the PPOCA_BBP transaction, but is there something especial in this case?

Hi,

Use PPOCA_BBP as if you were creating an organizational structure.

Once done, you can take the BP created "50000001" for example and fill in BBPGETVD with it for vendor replication.

Hello,

I also have the same doubt,

i am working on SRM 5.0,but the vendor root is not

created in PPOMV_BBP,but it is created in PPOMA_BBP

i have tried the same as u told above but the sys says that

the BP NO: Dosent exist.

why it is happening like this,is there any other way to maintain.?

and what are the attributes that have to be maintained for the Vendor

in PPOMA_BBP as it gives all the attributes.
