what are disadvantages of XI?

I do not have experience of other EAI tools, but a few common complaints I have heard from Veteran EAI developers are,

1. There seems to be too much to do for a very simple requirement ( to much of different places to do different things ).

2. Product still not stable. Lacks tons of features that available with a Tibco or a WebMethods.

PS: These are not my statements and I am not sure for the authenticity because I could not fight with EAI developers who have seen multiple tools as I have only seen XI. My answer can be wrong I sure do hope it is
