File to proxy scenario

Hi All,

I have a chunk of records say some 65000-70000 records in a file at the source side. I have to pass all these records to a proxy at the target side.

Is it possible to do this scenario,can the proxy handle all the records.

Detailed explanation would be highly helpful.
