CCR Acitivity

Hello Gurus,

Can anybody tell me what is the right sequence for CCR acitivity. I am following the same but not able to send planned orders to APO or R/3..

Hi Amol

1)Pls check whether Integration model for the transaction data like Planned order , production order, Stock and etc for the material are active or not

2)Check whether the Publication distribution has been defined for the plant you are using. This settingsn has to be done in APO SPRO

3)Check SMQ1 in R3 for any queues stuck in R3

4)Check the queues in SCM Queue manager in APO

5)Then you can analyse the error in CCR for not getting transferred to R3

Hello Vijay,

Thank you fir the information i have alloted the points, But I am following the same sequence for CCR all queues are free from errors, no ques got stuck in between.. Can you elaborate more about publication distribution done in SPRO.

How to analyse the result as i am getting the error messages as 172, 167 ,152 where it need to be send to APO.

distribution definition/ publication settings are done here

This is done in SPRO >> Integration with SAP components >> Basic Settings for Data Transfer >> Publication >> Maintain Distribution Definition.

Also check if your product, location integration models are active

Do you have an active model for planned orders as well in R3?

as for the errors....please post your full error message. The numbers are difficult to locate

Dear Harish,

Here are some of the messages shown by system,

Missing in R/3 without external key 153

Difference in content 156

Missing In APO 152

We are not transfering for the first time, (Initial transfer) but facing this problem for Daily activity..

Please educate abt what to do for message errors..

Hi All,

I am also getting error code 182: Missing in R3 without external key. I have followed the standard process for creation of Integration models, also checked that the correct distrubtion function has been maintained for the plants. However still expeirence this error.

Please help - or advise how this issue can be debugged.
