User ID input field not found in search forum!!

Hi,

I used to see a User ID / User name field when I use Search Forum option..

But that field is not appearing for me..

Is that option removed??

The field was removed, mostly in part due to privacy laws in various countries around the world - similar to the former "Watch User" feature we had. It is now gone with very little hope of ever returning.

Sometimes I want to look for my own responses to a specific topic.

Maybe there could be a flag for "my own messages" in the search?

when you click on your name, you will see all your messages.

Hi Michael,

Is it then possible to add a Sort By Date to this screen? Currently when you click on a user name, the posts are sorted alphabetically by subject. I think it would be helpful to sort descending by date of posting. What do others say?

I would agree on that..It should be sort by date descending..Or it would be better to search in the user for a given date...
