Dispatcher Running But Dialog queue Standstill

u00A0I m facing some problem on my SAP ECC5.0 server I m using SQL 2005

Some time my server is not responding in SAP MMC my dispatcher is get stuck then after restarting SAP system dispatcher will work but after

Some time this problem comes again in SAP MMC its show dispatcher running but dialog standstill.
