CX_BBP_PD_ABORT error selection itens in SC

0 Kudos

When trying to return a product from the catalog or even selecting a specific material category we can not get back to the shopping cart page of SRM. we get the following error on the web:

1) Interpreter Failed

The Internet Transaction Server failed to generate the response for current request

Internal error code: 0x1

We also get a short Dump:

2)UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION

CX_BBP_PD_ABORT

This is not related with the IPC because it's working correctly. After I get into SRM SAP GUI in debug mode I get another message: "Buffer is out of date".

Thank in advance

Best Regards

using transaction - ST22.

Hello,

The issue was that we have old purchse group not assigned in PPOMA_BBP, each creates inconsistencies. After we delet this purchase group the issue was solved because the system was trying to find a ID that was no longer assigned.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Maybe you don't have configutated SAP OCI (open catalog interface) correctly and data from catalog cannot pass to SC.

other thing is to check note 918252.
