hai all,

want to use a condition type K004, and i have checked condition update

feature in the condition type template, i have maintained maximum condition value

in the condition record as 2000. and when iam creating order, the condition type should automatically get swithched after reaching the value of 2000.

but it is still appearing in the next created order.

whatis the use of condition update feature ?

kindly update the issue.

Have you checked Condition update in K004 Condition type,& also check the condition records are maintained for then particular material

Has that condition type reached its limit of 2000?

When you do Extas->Cumulative values from VK13 for your condition type for that customer, what do you see?

From your posting, you seem to have a good understanding of the concept of the condition update feature.

yes, the condition has reached the set limit, but it is still appearing after reaching 2000/-, what can be the reasons,is there any setting involved,

Hi,

This is probably not a setting but a glitch in the system. There are a few OSS Notes on problems with condition update. For example, there may be calculation issues if a reason for rejection has been added to a line item.

Consulting note 615370 might be a good place to start.

You can see the basis behind SAP's calculation in table S071. See note 931467 for technical details about S071.
