Hi,
I am getting some problem while doing the installation of Requisite Bugseye 4.0. Neither the installation is getting completed nor the logs for the same are getting updated. Following are the messages which i am getting in the log window
Running oradim
Waiting for Oracle Services to start.
waiting...
waiting...
waiting...
Creating database....
Running Server Manager to create SID. This will take a long time.
Loading database scripts....
Running pupbld as system.
Request you to comment on this issue and give ur valuable suggestion. It has taken very long time (2 days). Seems the process has stopped now.

Provide more details, Which SRM / Oracle versions are you using ?

Hi Atul,
We have an existing SAP Catalogue server. For this server, we want to do OS migration from existing OS Win 2000 to WIN 2003 Enterprise Edition, 32 bit system. If we need any assistance during OS migration, does SAP give support for this Application? The system is J2ee 620 with BUSEYE 4.0.do you have any documentation on this.
@Moderator,Has SAP stooped giving support for Bugseye catalogue system...?
