XSL headers and footers.

Hi guys!

Im trying to create a XML invoice where there should always be a header and a footer. E.g. if i print out two pages then the logo should be visible on both pages. Is this possible?

Since plain HTML doesn't support page setup per se, I don't think you'll be able to achieve this with simple html.

However, take a look at XSL:FO. It may help you out.

Also, there are a lot of open source tools for xsl:fo -> pdf conversion, making your printing requirements easier to achieve.
