Unable to Upgradde BI 7.0 SP06 to SP12

Hi All,

I have a BI 7.0 SP6 system. I need to upgrade this system to SP12. Now, I'm facing a lot of issues in this.

Firstly, I'm not able to install a Add-on ST 400. Its not available on market place or may be i'm not able to trace.

Secondly, Whenever i'm trying to apply some add-on or patch it strucks up in DDIC activation phase for days. It dosen't through any error either.

Pease tell me hoe can i move forward with this.

We upgraded to a higher package which was then avaiable. there was an issue with SP12 at that time.
