Minimum quantity in sales order

Hello friends,

can anyone tell me how to maintain minimum quantity amount in sales order, as only target quantity is maintainable in sales order ? I know this is not possible without exits or developments, but please tell if someone has came across the same scenario which exits used by you.

In the material master, you have an option to do this

In the sales org 1 data In Quantity Stipulations

Min.order qty can be maintained.

here iam straightaway asking u question how it is possible

suppose i have different material with different unit of measures ex: kg, dozen, litre

in this situation how can u measure ? in this situation its not possible by using user exit also.

but if the material unit of measure is same for all material then it is possible by using user exit MV45AFZZ write a small coding according your requirement , to meet this requirement you must approach to your abaper, he can be able to help u regarding with this

Hi,

Use Useexit SaveDocument_Prepare in program MV45AFZZ..

Her you can write the code as to not to allow the user to save document id oreder quantity is below the required level.

So when the user will save the document he will get the error message to change the quantity.

to know abt the field,

just go to the screen field and press f1 then in pop up select tehnical help, now u can find the table, field and all relavant details in another ppo up.
