SUS logon (error)

Hello everybody

I ma implementing SRM 5.0 in ECS, now I am starting configurations for SUS and after created an user with role SAP_EC_SUS_ADMIN_PURCHASER and activated al BSP services I am triing to log in SUS but an error is occuring

Exception Class CX_FQDN

Error Name

Program CX_FQDN=======================CP

Include CX_FQDN=======================CM002

ABAP Class CX_FQDN

Method CHECK

I tried to change configurations in table TWPURLSVR but nothing!.

Please someone have an example of BSP configuration in table TWPURLSVR I would like to campare with my confguration.

Someone have some idea about how to solve my problem?

Hi Nilson,

are all BSP service active? Which URL are you using?

When the error occurs during logon, make sure the user

is integrated into the SRM Org Model.

Thanks for help, but all my BSP services are actvated and I gave the role SAP_EC_SUS_ADMIN_PURCHASER for a purchaser that is in the organizational plan.

The URL is:

http://euro21:8003/sap/bc/bsp/sap/srmsus/?sap-client=500&sap-language=EN

http:/</hostname>:<port>/sap/bc/bsp/sap/srmsus

Any other idea?

Hi,

In the URL along with the HOSTNAME(euro21) ,you need to include the domain name (FQDN) e.g.

http://SAPDEV14.<b>XEROX.COM</b>:8001/sap/bc/bsp/sap/srmsus

The table entries for TWPURLSVR should be like the foll:

LOGSYS : MRDCLNT100

WEB SERVER : SAPDEV14.XEROX.COM:8001

WEB PROTCL:HTTP

WIN SERVER:SAPDEV14.XEROX.COM:8001

WIN PROTCL:HTTP

BSP SERVER:SAPDEV14.XEROX.COM:8001

BSP PROTCL:HTTP

Also, refer to OSS Note 790727 describes the details for publishing all the services
