Alert Message, canu0092t be longer than 130 char........????????

i have heard

• In the BPM, when we use the Control step to trigger the alert and specify the Alert Category and Alert Message, The message can’t be longer than 130 char.

Is it correct, and what can i do if i need longer message

Hi

Yes using control step it is limited to 130 characters

Also check this blog for alternative way of populating alerts

(with long texts)
