Can any one tell me briefly about L1, L2 and L3 support

L1(Level 1) support is the first level or preliminary level support provided by SAP. At this level, any issue faced by the customer w.r.to configurations or installations is solved by the first level support engineers. To be right, any trivial issue can be solved at this level.<br>
<br>
L2(Level 2) support is the next leve of support provided by SAP. In certain cases, the issue might not be trivial and the first level support engineers will not be able to solve the issue. In such cases, the issue will be forwarded to the next level support called development support. These engineers know more about the product than the first level engineers and these people will try to solve the issue now.<br>
<br>
L3(Level 3) support - I am not sure abt this level of support.<br>
