Without picking can we do the PGI? if yes? how?

Hi Gopala,

Picking can be activated by Ticking - Picking Relevance in Delivery Item Category Customizing. If you Untick this Picking is not required and you can directly do pgi from Delivery. This can be done using Tcode: OVLP.

Hi Gopala,

Picking in Delivery for the item can be configured using T-code OVLP used for item category for Delivery item. Here select the item category and remove the tick mark so that the PGI can be done without picking the item.

The alternate path is Logistics Execution> Shipping> Deliveries> Define item category for Deliveries> Here select the relevant item category and do the customization as per your requirement. Here you have a option to select/deselect settings for item in deliveries for e.g-> Storage location is required, If the material requires to be packed before PGI and so on.

Hi Gopala.,

It depends on your delivery item category type, If you set item not relevant for picking in OVLP,we can do delivery with out picking
