Authorization Error in Integration Repository

Former Member

Hi,

I am using XI 7.0.

I have created a new client 710 which is copy of 001 client and also performed the post steps as per SAP Note 940309.

The problem i face is while logging to Integration Repository. I have id PISUPER on both the clients 001 and 710. But for logging to Integration Repository it uses the logon credentials of 001 client and not of client 710.

Also no users are locked and the required authorization is also available to PISUPER.

Plz also refer the thread:

Kindly help me on this.

Chintan Sheth

Better to raise an OSS than rely on SDN.

Hello Chintan,

Please make sue that you have changed all the parameters in visual adminstration for client logon wrt to IR and that they are pointing to client 710 only. The note 940309 makes mention of the parameters. Apart from this check from you side also if any other parameters are involved.

Regards.

Hi Ruchit,

I rechecked all the parameters as per the note 940309 and also checked the parameters in Visual Admin which were needed to be changed.

I didn't find any other parameters to be changed.

Hi Chintan,

Try this,

You log into the user administration of your XI server:

http://serveraddress:port/useradmin

Press Configuration button near top of the screen

Press ABAP System tab

Modify the configuration and change the user client to 701 from 001. Make sure to test connection before saving though.

Hi Prateek,

I had already changed the configuration from 001 to 710.
